These terms apply to the Zero Apps portfolio website at zeroapps.ai, operated by Everyday Peak LLC. The site introduces our apps and gives visitors a way to contact us. When an app or purchase service is available, its product terms and privacy notice will explain what applies to it. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle information about visits to this site.

Using the site

You may browse the site for personal information about Zero Apps and our products. You may not interfere with the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access or use it to violate anyone’s rights. Zero Apps branding, text and images belong to Everyday Peak LLC or the relevant rights holders. These terms do not grant a right to reuse them except as permitted by law or with permission from the rights holder.

Product information

Product descriptions and previews may change as we develop our apps. Availability, supported platforms and features may vary by product and region. A “Coming soon” label does not promise a specific release date.

Future purchases and subscriptions

This portfolio site does not currently take payments. If we offer a paid plan through a Zero Apps product website, the checkout will show the seller, total price, billing period, renewal terms, any trial and what happens when it ends, and how to cancel or request a refund. Before a recurring charge, we will ask you to agree to the subscription terms shown for that offer.

For a web purchase, use the management and support options shown at checkout or in your confirmation. For a subscription purchased through Apple’s App Store or Google Play, use that store’s subscription settings and refund process. Deleting an app or account does not by itself cancel recurring billing. Your statutory cancellation and refund rights still apply.

External links and consumer rights

Third-party websites and stores have their own terms and privacy practices. We may update or temporarily interrupt the portfolio site. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We will post changes here with the new effective date. Changes to these website terms do not retroactively change the terms of a purchase.
